Cancellation Policy
Same-day cancellations/reschedules and no shows will be charged the full amount (100%) of the service(s) booked.
Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Deposits are transferable up to one time for a reschedule.
